In stage I, clients will be privileged with the freedom to revise the layout. In stage II, clients will be given permission to revise the building’s display based on safe architectural and structural principles.

Clients will also get plan drawings of light points, switches, sockets, ac points, installations of clean water, dirty water, rainwater, wastewater, cold water, hot water, septic tank, and infiltration points.

After all the drawings have been finished, our team will create a Budget Plan at the final stage as an estimation of the total cost according to the volume of the building and the materials used. The Budget Plan can also be used as a document for an executing tender (construction service auction).

As the year progresses, the technology also becomes more sophisticated that can be utilized, such as WhatsApp group, Telegram group, Teamviewer, Discord, Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, Google Hangout, and so on, which have been a huge help to support and spread our services throughout the globe 100% virtually.
